Testability Review

How can you cut costs and improve delivery if you have a board that is not testable?   The answer is....  You Can't!    The best quality program cannot overcome a lack of testability in the design.  

Testability must be a design consideration from the very beginning.   It must be planned.   TSS can help you during design.   We will analyze your board design and issue a report defining how to optimize testability.   With our report you will be able to enhance board integrity and reliability.   Your new products will be introduced on schedule.

Test Software Systems offers three services to help you achieve the most testable board design.

(1)	TSS engineers will visit your facility and work directly with your test and design engineers.   We will perform the review on site and provide immediate design recommendations.
(2)	Send us your design package (schematics, assembly drawings, BOM and CAD files) and we will perform the review at our facility.   We will consider both electrical and mechanical problems and issue a report with detailed recommendations.
(3)	Visit our Testability Guidelines page on our website.   Here you will find a set of guidelines to use during the design phase.   If you are so inclined, you can use these guidelines to perform your own testability review.
