Final program adjustments are made during
installation using your test system. Demonstration testing using the known
good board ( and production boards if available) is performed as part of the installation
effort. The final adjustments combined with demonstration tests will provide
you with the most reliable test possible. Finally, the documentation manual,
fixture, and overall test coverage are reviewed with your test engineer. You
can be confident that production testing will be supported by a very reliable test set. |

A complete Documentation
manual is delivered with every job. It contains all the information you need to
maintain both the program and fixture. The manual will also be helpful if
modifications are required because of design changes to the board under test. |

Telephone support is
available to all our customers. We will answer your questions about any
installed program. |

Remote Support is
another available service. This enables us to take control of your test system
from a terminal in our facility. We can be on line in minutes assisting with
the solution of any test problem. |

also available. Again, we would take control of your test system from a
terminal in our facility and perform the program installation. Remote
installation saves the cost of travel and reduces your overall costs. |
