SOURCE FILE REQUIREMENTS -
CYPRESS Devices |
CYPRESS source files must be provided for each device. These files will allow Test
Software Systems to develop test vectors for in-circuit testing.

DEFINITIONS
| The .RPT file is a flattened EDIF-style netlist. |
TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS to generate .RPT files:

From the Galaxy main menu, select the TOP-LEVEL design file. |
| 2. |
In the Compile box, click on SELECTED.
Warp! software then compiles the design and generates an .RPT file. |
| 3. |
Rename the .RPT file to .RP |
| 4. |
The resultant .RP file should now be in the proper format and may be forwarded to TEST
SOFTWARE SYSTEMS.
Please include the associated component reference designator with the file. |
TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS to generate .VHD & XRF files:

From the Galaxy main menu, select PROJECT [Compiler Options]. |
| 2. |
Select SIMULATION [Timing Model] and type VIEWSIM. |
| 3. |
Compile Project. The software will then create a VHD subdirectory in the Project
directory. |
| 4. |
Use VHD2FS to translate the .VHD file into the appropiate .VHD & .XRF files. |
| 5. |
The resultant .VHD & .XRF files should now be in the proper format and may be
forwarded to TEST SOFTWARE SYSTEMS.
